The TC Enviroshield Series H-Foam modules are designed for the maximum protection of steel H pilings from the harsh marine environment. This easy field-applied modular system provides abrasion and corrosion protection of existing and new marine structures. The H-Foam module utilizes a tough outer abrasion-resistant jacket that activates an encapsulating, environmentally-safe petrolatum with the tensioning of an easy install-ation closure system. TC Enviroshield Series modules allow for quick reinspection of protected steel H pilings. This easy field-applied marine protection system can be installed in and out of the water on a dry or wet minimally prepared steel surface. The TC Enviroshield H-Foam modules are easy field-applied maximum marine protection systems. The TC Envirocoat provides proven corrosion protection, re-inspection capability, aesthetic appearance, accommodation for lateral braces and environmental sensitivity. |

FOUR EASY H FOAM INSTALLATION STEPS: |

STEP 1 Clean the marine growth from the piling. Prep with TC Enviroprime. STEP 2 Form the petrolatum mat lining to the piling. |

STEP 3 Insert the foam into the piling . STEP 4 Wrap the piling with jacket and tighten closure clips with a pneumatic wrench |
