TC G-25 Tarp Repair Tape is an economical and quick repair for torn, ripped, or damaged tarpaulins. Because less down time is required, repairs with G-25 are more cost effective than those made at repair facilities. G-25 is also ideal for seaming, sealing, and repairing geo-membranes (pond liners, landfill liners, etc.). Speciallyformulated, UV resistant repair tape manufactured for use where abrasion, puncture, and leak resistance is important. With minimum preparation, a truck driver can make a repair that is more effective than that with duct tape. |

TC G-25 Tarp Repair Tape is for the repair of existing tarpaulins and the installation of new geo-membranes. TC G-25 is designed to provide an air, vapor, water tight seal. Its unique MAF® backing has been specially formulated to provide strength that allows it to be pulled tightly. G-25 is resistant to UV rays, thermal expansion, impact, abrasion and can be applied over a wide range of ambient temperatures. |

| Composition Tapecoat G-25 Tarp repair tape is composed of a tough, specially formulated multipolymer alloy film (MAF®) with a synthetic elastomeric adhesive. This adhesive is kept from permanently bonding to its backing (while in the roll) by a tough, easily removed polymer release liner which prevents contamination of the adhesive prior to its use. Shelf life: Rotate stock yearly Standards: AWWA C-209 Peel adhesion: 20#/inch width Low temperature flex: Excellent Bacteria resistance: Excellent Thickness: 25 ± 2 mils Tensile strength: PSI 4500 ± 500: Elongation %: 700 ± 100 Tests: ASTM D1737, ASTM G22, ASTM D1000, ASTM G8. Surface Preparation Surface must be clean and dry. Oil, grease and all other residue should be removed with a suitable cleaner. Tape Application Tapecoat G-25 is hand applied by removing the release liner and pressing the adhesive to a clean, dry area. Slight tension should be enough to obtain conformability to the surface being coated.
